At the beginning of the programme, participants set some goals and targets and have their own Learner Record to reflect on progress, record the range of activities they’ve taken part in and remind them of their journey towards recovery.

Some of the activities included are fishing, floristry, cookery, sausage making, mini digger driving, growing fruit, salad and vegetables, willow work, dog walking, making things with wood, bonfires, conservation activities, farm walks, looking after chickens, collecting eggs.
